Cornerstone Auto was nearing capacity at their existing Elk River, MN Ford Quick Lane and looking to expand further into the market. Cornerstone Auto partnered with Thielen & Green to develop a fourteen bay, 12,580 square feet, single story precast facility to meet the Ford Motor Company brand standards. The design includes an expansive service area, customer reception, part, tire, and oil storage, and employee services. Thielen & Green provided full scope architectural services from schematic design through construction administration.

This project utilized full BIM modeling for early design review, project coordination and clash detection, with a goal to limit field changes and expedite construction timelines.
