Cloutier Properties partnered with Thielen & Green on a few long overdue upgrades to Homestead Corner Building in Maple Grove, MN. The 1988 multi-tenant retail center has seen little improvements over the years. The design concept was to improve the look and character of the building without losing sight of it’s historical roots. Thielen & Green provided full scope architectural services from site verification through construction administration. The design includes new finishes, lighting, and a slight change to the building height, to open up views and natural light from the adjoining public ways. Scope of work also included necessary site improvements for the added drive-thru order pickup window at the new endcap. Homestead Corner was completed winter of 2022.
