T&G WINS THREE STARR AWARDS!

Thielen and Green is thrilled to be honored with three awards at the 2025 STARR Awards, presented by Retail Real Estate Network (formerly Minnesota Shopping Center Association). The annual STARR (“Success, Transformation, Advancement in Retail Real Estate”) Awards recognize and celebrate excellence across the retail real estate industry.

During the November ceremony, T&G won in three different categories for work with Domino’s, DUCK! Clawcade and Lynette Restaurant, as summarized below:

New Construction: Retail Single Tenant – Small Format (Domino’s – Corcoran)

Interior Design: Retail/Non-Food Service (DUCK! Clawcade – Eagan)

Interior Design: Full Service Restaurant (Lynette Restaurant – Minneapolis, in partnership with Studio Grey)

Additionally, our work was recognized as finalists in eight different categories for other projects including The Block Food + Drink (Rogers), Element Indoor Golf (Burnsville), The Forum (Delano), Bubbles N Vacs Car Wash (Woodbury) and Albertville Retail Development.
