MEADOW CREEK CHURCH BREAKS GROUND ON NEW CHURCH IN ANDOVER, MN!

A few weeks ago we celebrated the official ground breaking of Meadow Creek Church in Andover, Minnesota. What a great event! The design team partnered with Kinghorn Construction under an integrated project approach to expedite the design schedule and stay ahead of key project milestones.

Our team was honored to attend Transform Church’s groundbreaking ceremony for their new addition in Andover, MN. The turnout had to be one of the largest we’ve seen! The design team partnered with Kinghorn Construction under an integrated project approach to maximize impact while keeping costs controlled.

RAYUS RADIOLOGY BREAKS GROUND ON NEW CLINIC IN SARTELL, MN!

This week we celebrated the official ground breaking of RAYUS Radiology’s new imaging clinic in the City Of Sartell, MN. The design team partnered with Strack Construction Co. Inc on both the shell and interior build out, which is set to open early spring 2026. We’re very excited to see this one come to life. Great work team!

MEDICAL ARTS DENTAL BREAKS GROUND ON NEW CLINIC IN SARTELL, MN!

Yesterday we had the honor of joining the amazing team at Medical Arts Dental, officially breaking ground on their new state of the art dental clinic in the City of Sartell, Minnesota.

ALBERTVILLE RETAIL DEVELOPMENT BREAKS GROUND IN ALBERTVILLE, MN!

Construction has officially started for the Albertville retail building. This 7,227 square foot, two-tenant facility will house a 4,550 square foot authentic Mexican restaurant and 2,675 square foot retail tenant space.

FORUM BREAKS GROUND ON NEW MIXED-USE FACILITY IN DELANO, MN!

We’re very excited to share that Forum Delano is officially under construction! This 14,400 square foot mixed-use facility features 4 indoor pickleball courts, business center, health club and 2 golf simulators for the greater Delano community. We’ve had a blast working through the design and look forward to seeing it come to life. Congrats team!
