RAYUS RADIOLOGY BREAKS GROUND ON NEW CLINIC IN SARTELL, MN!
This week we celebrated the official ground breaking of RAYUS Radiology’s new imaging clinic in the City Of Sartell, MN. The design team partnered with Strack Construction Co. Inc on both the shell and interior build out, which is set to open early spring 2026. We’re very excited to see this one come to life. Great work team!

Yesterday we had the honor of joining the amazing team at Medical Arts Dental, officially breaking ground on their new state of the art dental clinic in the City of Sartell, Minnesota.

The Block Rogers is open for business! Our team stopped by last week to sample the menu and officially close out the project. We’re happy to report everything turned amazing! Adaptive reuse projects are tough, but having a solid team makes all the difference when challenges come up. Congrats team! We’ll be back again soon!!

ALBERTVILLE RETAIL DEVELOPMENT BREAKS GROUND IN ALBERTVILLE, MN!
Construction has officially started for the Albertville retail building. This 7,227 square foot, two-tenant facility will house a 4,550 square foot authentic Mexican restaurant and 2,675 square foot retail tenant space.
DUCK! ENTERTAINMENT OPENS NEW ARCADE IN EAGAN, MN!
DUCK! Entertainment has officially opened in Eagan, MN! The new arcade is now officially the largest modern Asian-themed claw machine experience, hosting dozens of games from the traditional claw machines to Gacha and many more.
RIPPLE EFFECT BREWING COMPANY OPENS IN ROGERS, MN!
Congratulations to Ripple Effect Brewing Company on officially opening their new brewery in Rogers, MN! The former Hardee’s site was overhauled to include a new taproom with performance stage, brewery, supporting prep space, cold storage and outdoor patio to support the change in use.
