A local endodontic practice was looking to grow and make a few changes to their existing brand identity. They were after a modern design with room for expansion, better employee amenities and more natural light. When a location became available a few miles away, they jumped at the chance to reimage their clinic.
Thielen & Green provided full scope architectural + interior design services from site assessment through construction administration under an integrated project delivery with Karkela Construction. Programming includes a formal lobby, wrap-around reception desk with multiple check-in stations, imaging suite, doctor’s offices, six treatment rooms with options to grow to seven, sterilization, break room, patient and staff restrooms, utility and storage to support the new use. The interior design is a modern collection of warm tones, texture and refined edges. Moments of light capture attention and help with wayfinding. Branding helps reinforce the new image, seamlessly tying into the buildings aesthetic. This project was delivered under an integrated approach with Karkela Construction as the general contractor, providing design-build MEP services starting at schematic design. The project schedule is set to open by spring of 2026.
This project utilized full BIM modeling for early design review, project coordination and clash detection, with a goal to limit field changes and expedite construction timelines.
