The Scandia residence family contacted Thielen & Green to help with the design process for their new two-story dream home. Design services were provided to develop full construction drawings from a sketch, resulting in a modern farmhouse style with timber accents, large windows, and multiple porches for entertaining. Grandemoore Homes worked in conjunction with Thielen & Green to ensure project design was within budget and schedule. The project utilized full BIM modeling from conceptual through project construction that was completed in 2025.
