A local developer saw an investment opportunity for an existing office complex situated on Red Circle Drive in Minnetonka. The facility was in need of some long overdue upgrades, enhanced tenant amenities, and improved leasing options for small to midsized tenants.
The Geode was soon founded and now considered a premier office space and hub for creative professionals, entrepreneurs and growing businesses. With a focus on modern design and thoughtful amenities, the office rental spaces offer an ideal blend of functionality and comfort, featuring abundance natural light and spacious open layouts.
Thielen & Green provided full scope architectural and interior design services from early fit planning through construction administration. Services included full-building site assessment services to accurately document the existing conditions, building common areas, tenant suites, and rentable areas per BOMA standards as a clear basis of design. Programming included multiple tenant suites over several floors, a new gym, locker rooms, speak-easy style lounge, break area, lower-level lobby, and full building refresh of the affected common areas.
Our work began in February of 2025 and is expected to wrap construction in spring 2026.
