2023 MSCA STARR AWARD WINNER: HOMESTEAD CORNER

Our team was humbled to accept a 2023 Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) STARR Award, winning in the category of Design & Aesthetics Renovation/Remodel for Exterior Retail under 20,000 SF for our work on Homestead Corner.

This Maple Grove remodel was completed late last year in partnership with Cloutier Properties, Loucks and Innovative Structural Solutions.

Thielen & Green was also recognized as a finalist in four other project categories for the following work:

France 44 Wine & Spirits Addition – Interior Design: Retail/Non-Food Service and New Construction: Retail Single Tenant over 8,000 SF
Blaine Retail – New Construction: Retail Multi-Tenant under 10,000 SF
Elm Creek Center – New Construction: Retail Multi-Tenant over 10,000 SF
