FORUM BREAKS GROUND ON NEW MIXED-USE FACILITY IN DELANO, MN!
We’re very excited to share that Forum Delano is officially under construction! This 14,400 square foot mixed-use facility features 4 indoor pickleball courts, business center, health club and 2 golf simulators for the greater Delano community. We’ve had a blast working through the design and look forward to seeing it come to life. Congrats team!

What a great ribbon cutting! We had the pleasure of joining #NorthStarBank as they officially opened their newest Loan Production Office in Maple Grove, MN. This location includes an open lobby with two teller stations, two private offices, conference room, beverage station, break room, copy + print and conveniently placed ITM vestibule for better customer access. The project was design-build MEP with Benson-Orth General Contractors running point through construction. Congrats team!
CARE COUNSELING OPENS NEW CLINIC IN LAKE ELMO, MN!
Congratulations to CARE Counseling on their newest (and tenth!) clinic opening in Lake Elmo, Minnesota! This adaptive reuse includes 25 new clinical offices, open lobby, and formal reception with tons of natural light. We had a blast working through the design and are excited to help this building see it’s second life. Congrats team!
