The Centennial Volleyball Club (CVC) was tired of borrowing court time and looking for a new space to call home. Their club was growing and it finally became time to make a move, so club leaders turned to Thielen & Green.
Thielen & Green provided full scope architectural services from early fit planning through construction administration. Programming includes three new full-size courts, shared entry vestibule, restrooms, storage, and weight lifting area. The interior design accents much of the existing industrial aesthetic, but focuses the spend where it matters — the floor. New LED high-bay lighting, wall-mounted scoreboards, and various brand accents complete the new state-of-the-art facility.
The project completed construction in early 2026. This project utilized full BIM modeling for early design review, project coordination and clash detection, with a goal to limit field changes and expedite construction timelines.
