The Centennial Volleyball Club (CVC) was tired of borrowing court time and looking for a new space to call home. Their club was growing and it finally became time to make a move. Club leaders turned to Thielen & Green.

Thielen & Green provided full scope architectural services from early fit planning through construction administration. Programming includes three new full size courts, shared entry vestibule, restrooms, storage, and weight lifting area. The interior design accents much of the existing industrial aesthetic, but focuses the spend where it matters. The floor. New LED high-bay lighting, wall mounted scoreboards, and various brand accents complete the new state of the art facility.

The project completed construction in early 2026. This project utilized full BIM modeling for early design review, project coordination and clash detection, with a goal to limit field changes and expedite construction timelines.
