Care Counseling was looking for an architectural firm to grow with as they expanded their market presence in Minnesota. Thielen & Green continues to provide architectural design services from initial fit planning through construction administration, including field verification on select sites. The design includes formal outpatient reception services, waiting area, conference room, administration services, clinical offices, employee break room, restrooms and office storage. Interior design services are provided in support of Care Counseling’s brand standards, with design-build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as deferred submittals under an integrated project delivery with Crawford Merz. Fixtures, furniture and equipment are all provided by Care Counseling.
