Congratulations to Ripple Effect Brewing Company on officially opening their new brewery in Rogers, MN! The former Hardee’s site was overhauled to include a new taproom with performance stage, brewery, supporting prep space, cold storage and outdoor patio to support the change in use. The exterior was refreshed to compliment the new branding, but maintained much of the existing conditions to support the limited budget. The project was delivered under a design-build MEP approach with Dering Pierson Group as the general contractor. Congrats team!
