A local developer contacted Thielen & Green for conceptual design services on a new single-story, multi-tenant retail building on the North side of Rogers. The existing site is just over two acres and part of a master site plan. Programming includes up to five tenant spaces for retail, medical office and business office uses, with full site access, stormwater ponding and perimeter parking to support the use. The design is a modern take on masonry, architectural paneling, metal and glass with premanufactured awnings, varying parapet heights, staggered units and decorative fixtures to provide visual relief for the expansive façade. The project is currently working through financing and searching for interested tenants.
