2024 MINNESOTA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AWARD WINNER: PINTS & PADDLE

Winners for the 2024 Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Awards were recently unveiled at the April 18th ceremony and we’re thrilled to have won in the “Interior Design – Retail” category for our Pints & Paddle work, which was also honored as a “Project of the Year” finalist.

Based in Maple Grove, Pints & Paddle is a 10-court, indoor pickbleball facility with an adjacent self-serve taproom, viewing deck, mezzanine seating, outdoor patio and restaurant. Thielen & Green provided full-service architectural design services, in partnership with Shea Design (interior design) and Ryan Companies (construction). Completed in fall 2023, the 33,704 square foot, two-level concept is now a major destination for fun and relaxation. Click here to learn more about this project.
